We are looking for a person who will directly support the Marketing & Business Development Manager in the area of strategic analyses, business plan creation, marketing communication and PR, as well as commercial support.

This role is for an ambitious, analytical and well-organized individual who wants to gain hands on experience working on projects in the field of strategy, retail media and business development.


Scope of Responsibilities


Business Development and Commercial Support

·      Market research in the retail, FMCG and Retail Media sectors

·      Analysis of potential partners and clients

·      Support in preparing commercial offers and presentations

·      Preparation of analyses for business plans

·      Competitive benchmarking

·      Support in the development and analysis of campaign data

·      Trend analysis (retail media, digital, shopper marketing)

·      Commercial support for Direct Sales Team


Marketing Communication

·      Support in preparing marketing presentations

·      Assistance in organizing industry events

·      Updating communication materials in cooperation with external PR agency

Requisitos

Education

Final-year student or graduate in fields such as:

·      Management

·      Economics

·      Finance and Accounting

·      Marketing

·      International Business

·      Business Analytics / Data Analytics


Hard Skills

·      Strong analytical skills

·      Good knowledge of MS Excel

·      Ability to create aesthetic and logical presentations (PowerPoint)

·      Basic knowledge of finance (margin, P&L, ROI)

·      Ability to conduct research and work with data

·      English minimum B1+ or higher


Soft Skills

Nice to Have

·      Experience in academic organizations / case competitions
